Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your liGo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Pack the Item

  Securely package the product in its original box, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid any restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or local Post Office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 working days.
